Thank you for reaching out, I'm sorry to hear you were disconnected in-game.

Do you find this happens often?

We do not have any facilities to amend a players; MMR / Ranking / Reputation Status, nor can we amend a player's Renown on the back of a disconnection or remove a temporary ban.

We can however look into any connection issues, if you're finding this to be a common occurrence.

Please do let us know if you need further support and what error messages / codes you do receive if this does happen often.

You won't be permanently banned just for having a poor standing in the reputation system, however if this standing is a result of disruptive behaviour, this will lead to sanctions as normal for that behaviour.

Thanks for reaching out, sorry for the delay in getting back to you!

More details on the Reputation System can be read here.

As noted, this system is still in it's Beta so there are improvements to be made, however if you're coming back to the game and playing more regularly, you should see your ranking gradually improve (ensure you're maintaining sportsmanlike behaviour!)
