@DadKev Hey there! This does sound similar to the issue that @xcel30 mentioned, but different enough that I'd like to get a bit more information. In sessions where the regen isn't working, does anything change if you unequip and reequip the backpack?

@Butcher851 Hey there, thanks for your report! Have you noticed any other inconsistencies with item quality, and do you remember which game mode you were playing when you picked up the Prophet? Also for the backpack, does anything change if you unequip and reequip the item?

I'm also sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue accessing the Warlords of New York expansion.

It sounds as though this could be a region lock issue. Could you please confirm what country your PSN account is registered under and also what region code appears on the back of the game box.

I am also sorry to hear that you have not received the Sacrum Imperium marksmen rifle.

If you still haven't received this could you please provide a video to show this. In the video can you show what rank you currently are and that you do not have the rifle.

Could you also provide another video demonstrating the issue with the ninja backpack that you mentioned.

I am also sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with the Regulus crafting recipe.

I can confirm that this issue has been reported and is being investigated.

Could you please provide some screenshots or a video to show that you have the Police 686 magnum replica and that you cannot craft the Regulus exotic pistol.

If you provide a video I would recommend uploading your video to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, you can then copy the URL link into this thread.

I am sorry that the game keeps crashing for you! Is this happening during specific cutscenes or missions? Are you receiving any error messages when the game crashes?

Could you please install the latest update, which was released a few days ago? The development team have addressed crashing issues in that patch.
