Hey there,

Are you experiencing an issue purchasing the season 11 pass from the in-game store? If you are could you share with us any error messages you're seeing displayed please?

It is only available for purchase via the in-game store and not via the Microsoft/Xbox store. The same applies to all other platforms and their respective storefronts.

I cannot see any other reports related to this specific item so I'm guessing this bug is a very rare occurrence or if it vanishes maybe it's happened to others and they just haven't noticed it. Can you clarify what happened in the Castle? Do you have a clip showing it's not acting as a safe zone?

And as for the Fragile Armor issue, do you have any armor regen? Can you test if you have issues with Fragile Armor without armor regen and see if that helps?
