Really sorry to hear about this issue with appearance customization! I've gone ahead and reported this to the team. If someone could add a Youtube video to this thread showcasing the issue with what appearance is equipped vs how it appears, I'd like to attach that to my report to help the team look into this! If anyone notices in particular if this happens to only certain items, all items, or if any particular item seems immune to the issue, those details would be great as well.

Really sorry to hear everyone's having so much issue with loading into Camp White Oak.
For those of you that mentioned taking several minutes to load (@BB-Ghost and @chazzee23), were you both stuck at 100% for a few minutes and then eventually loaded in? I just want to confirm these are all the same issue.

This issue is under investigation currently, and I have just added your information to our report. Could you please tell us which armor set and backpack you are using? Does this happen in Solo or co-op? Have you noticed this happening when using any specific gear or fighting any specific enemies?

If the issue persists, would you be able to provide a YouTube video showing the frame drops when selecting "Expertise" and "Specialization" but not other areas?

Settings > Gameplay in the menu.
The setting is called "Player Level Visible"
As long as that setting is on, your XP bar should show up any time you are gaining XP.

Bug 1:
Before you noticed this issue with the new apparel notification, do you remember looting a cosmetic item that was not actually available in your inventory after picking it up? This has been known to happen when certain items drop "early," like what happened with some of the babyface gear a few seasons ago.
Bug 2:
This seems to be working as intended. Because the list view and default sort are intended to be the default options, you will need to re-open the settings and re-select them each time you open the game.

Based on this video, it looks like you may have been too late to revive your friend, or your friend may have chosen to die before realizing you were coming to pick her up. Have you had this happen again at any point since this time? Was it in the same mission or area?
Hey there @Pawel_Grzb, if you're still not finding the cowboy suit you mentioned can you grab a screenshot of the Season 11 pass rewards page that lists the exact name of the item(s)?
Also, are there any other apparel items that you were supposed to receive that you didn't?
Finally, did you already check your message inbox in-game? Sometimes apparel items are delivered through that system....

Most guaranteed sources of exotics have been completely removed from the game, as those items are supposed to be difficult and time consuming to farm for. The only way to get most exotic item drops is through random chance now.

Based on your description of the issue and the videos you've sent us, I'm fairly confident in saying this is not a bug. The reset to the default list view and sorting option is how the game is designed to work, and you will need to re-select the grid view each time you start the game.
