I'm sorry for the delayed response. I've checked in with the development team regarding this issue, and I can see that they're still investigating being unable to interact with Bishop Deorlaf in "War Weary" further. This is why it wasn't included in TU 1.2.1. I apologise for any disappointment that has been caused by this.

I think it's safe to say that without any updates from the devs, despite being provided steps to reproduce the issue above, the community no longer wishes to expend any more effort providing information that goes unused.
It's proven incredibly hard to reproduce and find the root cause of the issue, even with the incredibly helpful and vast amount of material that has been sent to us. We're still working behind the scenes. I am sorry you feel this way. 😔

I've taken a closer look at the video you've sent us and I can see that you're in the middle of the quest "A Show of Character" when you try to interact with the trial. Would you be able to complete this quest for me to see if this allows you to successfully interact with the trial?
If you're unable to interact with the trial outside of the quest still, can you send us another video that shows you have no current quest active but still cannot start...

Thanks for providing us with some more information, @Garbo3! I know it can be quite hard to find out what triggered the issue to occur in-game. For both of my cases, I noticed that I used Odin's Sight just before Eivor went flying, so I was curious if this could be a trigger. I also had it occur during the "Eye for an Eye" quest as well I'll let the development team know more about your experience!
