If the purchase was made from a third party retailer I'm afraid it would be up to them to issue a refund. That said, purchase issues are not something we can really look into here on Answers HQ. The Apex Legends team put out some fixes last night that should have fixed issues like this that were happening with the Fight Night boxing ring. Has this happened to you again since? I'm curious if this particular situation is still happening.

Much appreciated! Are you currently running any sort of RBG lighting software on your PC? I noticed you had some Razer devices connected.

 

I have seen some cases in the past where Easy Anti-Cheat has had some trouble with this type of software, so I am curious if that might be a factor here as well. What happens if you try setting up your PC to start in a Clean Boot before launching the game? If this is software-related that might help to get around the issue.

Have you tested this with any of the other US datacenters? Does the ping still fluctuate no matter which one you're connected to?

That's definitely strange. Did you ever change your Gamertag on that account? Is it showing up as a different Gamertag linked up with the same EA Account?

I appreciate you giving that a shot. Another step we can try is setting a different DNS on the PS4. In some cases using a different DNS can help with issues like this. 

 

To change the DNS on your PlayStation follow the steps below: 

 

1. Open the PlayStation Settings and go to Network

2. Choose Set Up Internet Connection

3. Select WiFi or LAN Cable depending on what type of connection you're using

It can take several matches to get the ranks synced back up, but eventually it should correct itself. Unfortunately we don't have the ability to manually sync them up, but if you keep playing ranked games it should sort itself out after a bit.
