It may help to check any spam, junk, or trash folders if you never noticed these just to make sure they're not being filtered out automatically.

Hi @LilWhiteRabbit0,

We do not permit account sharing, so we wouldn't be able to assist with getting around an account ban to help someone other than the registered account owner access an account, I'm afraid.

You're able to submit multiple appeals for our Terms of Service team to consider, but if they've already reviewed the appeals and declined to removed the penalty, we wouldn't be able to make any changes here either. Mako.png
