This isn't an additional action or flag for your message, it just looks like they hadn't included the description in the reply itself.

Completely understandable @Freyouz, we've all been there at some point. Glad to clarify before anything permanent in this case!

Another option to consider is checking in-game for the voice-to-text feature, as that will generate text from the in-game voice chat and may make those situations a bit easier to report if necessary. Mako.png

You won't be able to link a Steam account to an EA account that has already had a different Steam linked. Each EA account can only have one other account of each platform linked over its lifetime.

 

If you're having trouble accessing the account, you'll need to get in touch with support so they can help make any needed changes to get you logged back into the account itself.

Sorry @ProDickyBird, Community Managers are not able to provide second chances or have any influence on actions taken on an account.

 

The only team able to do so would be our Terms of Service team that has already reviewed the situation multiple times.

 

While they may use some templated responses to keep the information being provided consistent to other similar situations, these are reviewed by individual people from the ToS team. Each appeal would be reviewed by a different person as well, so if it's reached the point where no further appeals will be reviewed, that situation has been investigated by multiple different people.

Regarding the ban itself, I'm afraid there is not an alternate route to appeal an account action. The only method to do this would be through our Terms of Service team, which it sounds like you've already done.

 

If they've reviewed an action multiple times and declined to remove the penalty, that would be final and not something we can change here either, sorry.

Are you noticing any missing skins or cosmetics on the account, or just the level change?

 

From a quick look it doesn't appear the account was wiped, so I suspect you may just have been closer to level 500 and are just working your way through the second set of 500 levels. Does your level 10 badge have a green background?

Permanent bans could also be due to toxicity, as that would just be a matter of the account history and what other actions may have been taken in the past.

 

Really the only way to tell would be reaching out to our Terms of Service team with the link provided above, so we wouldn't be able to specify which was the cause via the forums.
