Hey there,

 

Just looking over the account, I'm not seeing any Apex Coins present on either the PC or Xbox accounts before the Cross Progression merge took place.

 

Was there potentially another account that was used in the past as well? 

 

Otherwise, it looks like each account only had Legend Tokens and Crafting Materials prior to the merge, which were fortunately all successfully combined onto the current Cross Progression account. Any Apex Coins on these accounts appear to have been spent well before Cross Progression took place here.

Suspicious activity can certainly include situations where it appears your account is being accessed from multiple locations in a short period of time, such as through a cloud gaming service.

 

You would just need to speak with support to verify some information to get that cleared up, however it's not something we would be able to review or discuss on the forums.

Just to make sure I'm understanding correctly, it sounds like this was your situation.

 

EA account 1: PSN account + progress

EA account 2: Steam account + progress

 

Then you had mentioned moving your Steam account to the EA account that had all your prior progress, but you're now seeing your Steam account is level 1. That would be due to this:

 

EA account 1: PSN account + progress, Steam account

EA account 2: Steam progress


 

Progress cannot be moved from one EA account to another, so when you unlinked the Steam account that progress remained behind. This would be why you're not seeing anything when ...

We are indeed rolling out Cross Progression over time, so if you haven't yet seen an in-game notification letting you know that it's arrived for your specific account, that has not yet taken place.

 

As long as those platforms are both linked to the same EA account you should be perfectly fine once Cross Progression is enabled on your account. Standard smile

Hi @Snuw_178,

I'm afraid we cannot bypass these types of restrictions on accounts.

Additionally, keep in mind that progress is saved at the EA account level, not the individual PlayStation account.

This means that even if you were able to link your PSN account to a new EA account, your items and progress would not transfer.

If you've already unlinked your PlayStation account from the original EA account to try linking it to another, you'll need to re-link that with the original EA account to try restoring any progress that may have been lost.
