Not quite! If our Terms of Service team takes a look and doesn't feel the name being reported was inappropriate, they'd just dismiss the report and you'd never know it was even reported.

If your appeal was declined, you're welcome to submit a new one and another member of the ToS team will review that again, however it's not something we'd be able to make a judgement on or speak to here I'm afraid.

It's certainly something we can pass along without a video, but with stranger circumstances like this, a picture (or video) is worth a thousand words, as the saying goes.

Wall hacking would fall under the Cheating > Aimbot / Aim Snapping option, feel free to use that if you run into this type of situation.

 

Depending on the behavior that's making you suspect someone of being a bot, you can use multiple of the other selections under the Cheating category to complete your report, whether that's due to their odd movement, firing patterns, or similar aim snapping.

Just to clarify, we're aware of an issue in the Firing Range causing this and wouldn't need video of that aspect.

If you do have a video clip it's generally easiest to upload it to YouTube and just provide the link here so we can pass that along, rather than trying to upload a video directly to the forums. Much appreciated!

Just to confirm, are you noticing a difference in aim assist during actual matches, or in the Firing Range?

 

If this is during matches, do you happen to have any video clips of a fight where you feel this wasn't working properly?

Thanks for taking the time to report that player, as that type of language is absolutely unacceptable. Sorry that was something you had to encounter.

 

Just to clarify what can happen in these situations, if you had used similar language, even to question why another person said that, that also opens your account up to the possibility of being reported. Typically if you run into this type of behavior, I'd recommend not repeating the slurs or inappropriate language and just reporting them, then muting them.
