@ScaryNameGoHere
The escalation possible in this case would be providing feedback that you'd like to see a system or process for correcting accidental purchases with the wrong currency.

What's not possible is to escalate this to manually change those values for you, as again that's not a service we currently provide for anyone.

This feedback has been passed along and that would be the extent of what we're able to offer in these situations for the time being.

Hey @486155,

Afraid the answer would still be the same as above post. In-game purchases cannot be reversed or exchanged, sorry. Mako.png

It's a fairly involved process, but fortunately we should be seeing the implementation of it later this year.

Penalties aren't always applied immediately after the action takes place.

Depending on the situation certain penalties may require some additional investigation so the behavior may not have happened immediately before the suspension was implemented.

The best thing to do would be to file that appeal using the steps above if you haven't already done so and our ToS team will take another look, thanks! Mako.png

Hey @RudeRuler!

If you've already gone through these steps to clear your cache without any change, we'll want to be sure no other programs are preventing Apex from launching properly.

Hey @unbreonkid53102,

Currently Apex Legends does not have cross-progression, so any progress you've made on one platform is only available on that same platform.

Your progress and unlocks from PlayStation will still be available there, but if you're switching to PC you would be starting from scratch at the moment.

Cross-progression is being worked on and should be arriving at some point later this year, but we don't have further details just yet.

Hey @QiPaoFox,

Taking a look over the account here, I'm not actually showing any cases have been created recently at all. Just to be sure, have you tried going through these steps to appeal with our Terms of Service team?

Going through these particular steps should create a case that you'...

Hey @drheggman,

This sounds as though you've changed which EA Account was connected to your Xbox account.

Progress is currently stored on the EA Account itself so if you unlink an account that progress will be lost.

To correct this you would need to re-link the original account where all that content was earned. If you run into any trouble doing so please ...

Hey @iWantedFPS,

The only way to prevent an additional ban would be to make sure you're not violating the Rules of Conduct when you're in-game.

If that's something you struggle to follow when interacting with others in-game, I'd definitely recommend keeping @Godisbullen's suggestions in mind next time you're playing.

Hey @gameboy6001,

Typically when we see situations where you no longer have access to prior currencies and unlocks, that means an account has been unlinked or you may be playing on a different platform.

If you've unlinked any accounts in the past, re-linking the same account should give access back to your content. Please ...

Hey @souljah48,

The process to open ports can vary slightly from one router to the next, but if you're unsure how to do so the PortForward website has some great walkthroughs for various router models.

This page also lists a number of ports you may want to consider opening for Apex Legends, broken down by platform (including PS5).

Hey @FlynnHPro,

I'm afraid we're unable to elaborate on a particular account action or review bans or suspensions on the forums.

Our Terms of Service team handles any account actions and can certainly take another look over this for you, however.

If you haven't already done so, please be sure you've created a new appeal here so our ToS team can review that situation.

Hey @getinlads6969,

If you've created a case with those steps, our Terms of Service team will reach back out to you as soon as they finish investigating the account.

We don't have a specific time estimate to share, but keep an eye out for an email and they should be in touch shortly. Mako.png

@SamJam1743
At the moment the progress would be separate due to the current lack of cross-progression.

Whether that would continue to be an option once cross-progression is active however, I can't say without knowing how that feature will work.

If you're positive that you want to keep progression separate even in the future, the safest way to do so would be with a separate account. Mako.png

Hey @SamJam1743,

Progression is tied to the EA Account where it was first earned, and it's not something that can be transferred to a different EA Account.

If you were looking to play on PC and Switch but wanted to keep those separate even when cross-progression arrives later, you would need to use a separate EA Account.

Hey @KeyStayEatin,

As you mentioned, cross progression isn't coming to the game until later this year, though your progress should still be there for you if you revisit a different platform.

Typically you should only see the content go missing like this if you've unlinked any accounts or platforms from your EA Account where that was originally earned.

At that p...
