Thanks for getting back to me. Could you just try verifying the game files and see if this gets it to show for you please?

To do this, from your Steam Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu. Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game cache. If there is 1 file found every time you do this, don't worry, as this is quite normal, so it doesn't mean it is the cause of the issue.

I'm sorry to hear you are getting disconnected. Does this only happen when grouped with your friends or does it happen if you queue solo too?

I haven't seen what it will have been for myself, but we wouldn't be able to disclose to others on the forums what it was for. Whatever it was will have been deleted already, so you wouldn't be able to see that now.

Edit - Looks like it was only a temporary ban anyway as they aren't showing as banned anymore.

Could you just clarify if this is happening in every game, no matter what equipment setup you are taking with you, or if it seems to only happen when using specific guns / gun types?

Thanks for the image. Just to clarify something, you mentioned you've not had this issue before. Do you mean that the sound was working correctly with this game previously and just recently started happening, or did you mean you just haven't had this issue before with other games?

Can you also let us know if you have the same issue if you can test it using a different output for your audio, such as using a different headset, or speakers, or earphones?

Thanks for trying that and providing your specs. Could you try running Ubisoft Connect as admin and then try launching the game please?

You can do this by right click the .exe file for Ubisoft Connect before launching them and choose the "run as administrator" option. Also by right clicking and choosing "Properties" then go to the "Compatibility" tab and ticking the box to "run as administrator" option and clicking "apply". 

If this hasn't worked, you can also try doing this with the games .exe file in the installation folder too and...

I have seen others having the message that they need to update to the 21.5.2 driver too, but none had mentioned they were on a bootcamped Mac, so thanks for letting us know this information as it may explain why they were having the issue too.

As Mac's aren't technically supported for the game and the driver is a requirement currently, I honestly couldn't say if this will be possible from future game updates or driver updates from AMD. I hope it will be for you, but you may be able to find out more information from AMD if they are able to ...

Please could you try the verify files option to see if this resolves your issue?

If you continue to have the issue, please can you try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. If you can do so to a different drive, that would also be worth trying, but if not, just try creating a new folder to reinstall the game to.

I can see we have reported this to the dev team recently but we are awaiting a response back ourselves and I have asked if there's any additional information we can gather to provide them that will help find the cause of this. In the meantime, could you please start posting the following information in this format:

Platform:
Game Version (Standard, Gold Edition, etc.):
Date when the error started:
Happens every time you try to play: Yes / No
Happens when trying to play solo or in a group: Yes / No (If no, please provide details when it happens)

I'm sorry to hear you haven't been able to purchase credits. What error are you having when you try? Are you having the issue when trying to purchase on the store website and through the in-game store?
