Hey everyone,

The patch today should have resolved an issue where players are unable to complete "The Forge and the Flame" quest when a cutscene would not be triggered. The patch notes can be found here.

I'm aware of the issue you reported of this with Riders Republic as it was me that reported that for you and I have let the correct team know about it but I'll give it a bump and find out if there's a reason it's taking longer to resolve than this did.

I'm sorry you have been unable to connect and play the game so far. To resolve this, please can you go to the account management website and link your Xbox account with your Ubisoft account.

You can also just try logging in to the Ubisoft Connect app on the Xbox, as that should also link them automatically for you.

Once you can see they are linked on the account management site under "linked accounts" launch the game again.

When we receive patch notes, we'll post them in the News and Announcements section of the forum, but let us know if you still see the issue after it should be resolved.

I have moved your comment to it's own thread as it wasn't related to the thread you commented on. I'm sorry to hear you have been disconnected a few times today and caused abandonment penalties. Have you been playing the game for long before today or have you only just picked it up?

Could you also let us know which platform you are playing on and if you had a specific error code and what it was please?

I've logged the issue that it happened once anyway so our team will look into seeing if they can reproduce it but if you notice it happen again and can capture a video of the match, or showing it happening, please let us know and we'll add it to the report.

I did see your comment about trophies not unlocking in For Honor for you, but I just created a new thread for you in the For Honor forums.

Which trophies aren't unlocking for you specifically that you should have earned by now?

Have any trophies unlocked at all yet?

I'm sorry to hear that happened. Do you know what map you were on? And have you only seen this happen the once?

If you have a video of the issue happening, that would also be great, as we can forward that to the dev team to show them too.

Thanks for providing the additional info, your system specs and the image. There's a list of suggestions on AMD's site here: (https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-800) for driver timeout issues which could be causing the game to crash, starting from checking for windows updates. Could you have a look through their suggestions and let us know if any of them helped?

Are you able to try reinstalling the game to a different drive at all and see if this helps? Preferably the Windows drive if possible (if it isn't already) but if you can just try it on any other drive at least and see if this helps and let us know how you get on?

Hey @majorwoops 

 The dev team has been made aware of the issue, but in the meantime you can also try checking if there is any driver updates for the integrated graphics chip as well (if you haven't already) and see if this helps. 

 We'll post any updates on the issue when we receive them from the dev team.
