Sorry to hear you having issues with these achievements not activating. I am afraid Ubisoft Support are not able to manually grant achievements, but we can look at investigating the root cause.

Just to confirm, is this for all achievements or just the ones you listed?

Also did you complete these in a group or solo? On one character or different ones?

Any other information you can provide would be helpful.

Hello!

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with the mortar turret locking up.

I can see this was reported to the team and we are trying to reproduce this behavior. This is why we are asking for those videos as there can be different factors causing this to occur and we want to see and try the exact same steps as you guys are doing to find the root cause.

Hi jctrent2!

I am sorry to hear you have been having issues with the Foundry Bulwark.

We are investigating this. Note this will not work in the shooting range as there is no NPCs to shoot your armour or shield to proc it.

To help with this, could you please provide us with video of this in the open world?
