I wasn't exactly sure however based on what you've mentioned, I take it that crash may not follow right after taking the screenshot and in some instances it can occur after an hour of playing, is that right? Additionally, can you advise us whether there is any error message that follows after?

After having a closer look, I can see that similar instance has been brought up, where players were actually able to collect the shards however despite doing so, the indicators for 2 of the shards remained on the map, therefore could I double-check if this may be exactly as yours or are you certain you were unable to collect them at all?

Based on the screenshot you've provided, I can see that it is obscuring the eyes quite heavily, therefore is this what you meant?

Hey Jade, thanks for reaching out, welcome to forums and sorry to hear about the difficulty you're having with locating Hunta.

I've had a closer look and it appears that we did have a similar report in the past however it was in relation to Hunta getting stuck out of bounds, therefore as this likely to be a very different matter, is there any chance you could provide us with video footage showing this issue?

As far as workarounds are concerned, you can try restarting your game, fast travelling to another location and then returning, as well as loading up previous save and getting to that point to see if issue persists.

First and foremost, in relation to the quest that you've managed to complete beforehand, are you possibly referring to 'The case of the missing ale' by any chance?

If it is the case indeed, can I double-check if you've tried Fast Travelling and then going back to the location? Also, do you possibly have access to save file prior to you completing the quest where Tekla gets robbed?
