After having a closer look, I was unable to identify any information to say that the Xbox One update size is anything else other than 5.1 GB, however if you are suggesting that the update size was 10.15 GB instead, I will make sure to forward this to one of our teams accordingly.

So to reiterate what's been already mentioned, I can confirm that Dawn of Ragnarok will be a standalone expansion, separate from the Season Pass.

As far as discounts go, things do tend to get a little cheaper as time goes by, however we do have some decent deals every now and then, so keep an eye on Store for any promotions!

I do understand that the issue itself is regarding game not recognizing the content you own and therefore offering incorrect discount, meaning that one way to resolve it is to make sure that correct content is identified and discount % corresponds accordingly. Nevertheless, this isn't something we're able to confirm as far as resolution is concerned, as we're still awaiting for further details from our team.

First and foremost, may I double-check what is the platform you play on? As for the workarounds, do you possibly have access to previous save and did you try re-doing the quest? Additionally, did you try fast travelling to another location and then returning to see if problem persists?
