Thanks for reaching out and I am sorry to hear about this.

Could you possibly clarify whether your game still appears as running in Task Manager but stays at 0% CPU usage? Also, could you advise whether it's only affected if you're using Vulkan or does the same issue exist with DX too? Finally, are you possibly using Mirillis Action! screen recorder at all?

There are some limitations when it comes to username changes and in order to prevent players from using any letter or number combinations that may be found as inappropriate or offensive, there are filters that will not allow you to submit it, which is what you ran into here.

I do also understand that in some instances it may appear questionable however please bare in mind that this will cover a number of different languages, and you will only be able to choose between the usernames that are available.

Could you possibly advise if you have your Uplay PC launcher on when you start the game?

When you launch it for the first time, it will ask you to link your Steam account to Ubisoft one, and one way to do it is by launching your game from Steam and linking it.

I can confirm that error code 4-0xFFF0BE1F is known and is currently under investigation by our game team as we have started receiving a number of contacts for this.

In order to aid us in further review, could you possibly advise the following:

- What is the last exact date and time when this affected you and your timezone PST, GMT, ADT etc?
- What region do you live in?
- Who is your internet service provider?
- Are you using wired ethernet or WIFI?
- What exactly were you doing in the game when this message popped up?

Let us know!
