Hey nemlopott_mike,

Thanks for reaching out to us and I am sorry to hear about what happened.

Could you advise whether you recall if there was any error message you received when game crashed other than 'Oh no, it crashed!'?

In regards to abandonment penalty, it is issued by the server side if the game has been concluded and player did not manage to return on time. I do appreciate these unfortunate circumstances, however the system in place is there to prevent players from leaving early.

Nevertheless however, we would be aiming to resolve the initial cause of the issue, which is crash that occurred whilst in-game. So to add, could you advise whether you're using Vulkan or DX? Also, does this issue occur often/regularly/rarely or all the time?

Thanks for reaching out to us, welcome to forums and I am sorry to hear about the issue you ran into.

I've tried to look into your account however cannot see your Xbox profile being linked to Ubisoft one so cannot really see what is the suspension for.

To add, regrettably our Support team is unable to remove any temporary suspensions that take place and therefore you will have to wait for it to be concluded before being able to access the game again. I am sorry if this may not be the outcome you have anticipated and should you have any questions, let us know.

I fully appreciate where you're coming from and I am aware that there is a number of players who are eager to know our stance, however as Ubi-Froggard advised, this may be a response you have seen or came across, however it's still something our game team is looking into. It's a lot more of a complex topic and we will do what we can to come up with the best possible outcome.

I seemed to remember it was like "an eye for an eye" kind of system with RFF active, so if you killed someone it killed you - just seemed a little odd that that wasn't happening anymore.

As it stands, I can confirm that this is indeed intentional and cosmetic items are often removed and added to the in-game shop. Our goal is to improve the quality and the attractiveness of our offering.

This may include the removal / adding of items, as well as Price or Rarity adjustments, including adding Renown offers.

Could you advise whether you happen to receive any error messages at all? Also, did you notice whether there are any actions in-game that may have to do with it, or does it happen in every single game?

We always aim to get back to you within 48 hours however in some instances, if we do have a big volume of contacts, this can take a little longer. Nevertheless, I appreciate how urgent this is for you and will see what I can do to speed up the process.

Could you clarify whether you happen to receive any error messages when crash occurs?

If you do happen to receive abandonment penalty, please note that this is being issued by the server side, every time you leave the game before it is concluded, and it's not something we would be able to overturn.

I would not be able to advise you in regards to suspension reset, however if you are found to be doing an offense on multiple occasions, the suspensions you'll receive will be for a prolonged period of time, therefore try to make sure you do not repeat it.

You might be referring to a visual glitch that has been reported and I can confirm it's under investigation. In the meantime, you should still be able to access Ranked games.
