Hyper Scape automatically matches players with the data centre with which they have the best ping. It is possible, however, for players to select a preferred region themselves.

We are aware of an issue with launching Hyper Scape with the Vulkan system. Please update your drivers prior to launching Hyper Scape. Once your drivers have been updated, please restart your PC and try again.

If you haven't already please add Hyper Scape to the whitelist of your anti virus software, run the game as an administrator and disable any background applications that may be running.

We are aware that some of you are experiencing issues accessing World Tier 4 in The Division 2. This has been reported and the dev team are investigating.

This thread has been created to gather more information.

Could you please provide the following information only:

. Number of players experiencing the issue (For example just yourself or you and a number of your friends)
. Video or screenshots of your map
. Video or screenshots of your progression tab (Black Tusk Invasion and Main mission)
. Number of players experiencing this issue
. Confirm if you have completed all 3 stronghold's in your own session
. Confirm if the issue only occurred only after Title Update 8
