Hi @Amirhta I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to complete the quest 'The Twit Saga: Part Two' as you are unable to pick up the brother.

I have merged your post with an existing thread we have for this issue.

This issue has been reported previously, however the development team were unable to reproduce it and other players that were affected were able to resolve it by fast travelling to another location then fast travelling back.

Please make sure that you have killed all enemies and the threat level bar disappears.

Could you please try doing this to see if it helps and also provide as much information as possible to how you encountered this issue and what you did before you were unable to pick up the brother.

Hi @greatoldtree I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues completing the world event 'Miracle' as you are unable to pick up the lame man.

If possible could you load a previous save before you started the world event. If this is not possible could you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue. In the video we would need to see the following:

  • That you have the latest update installed. This can be seen the in the main menu screen before loading your save file.
  • That you are unable to pick up the lame man.

Hi @SilverSage13 I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to access Wrath of the Druids or Siege of Paris.

When loading your save do you get an error that you are missing add-ons? Can you also go into the Helix Store then add-ons and check to see if the expansions are showing as owned or installed. If they do not show as installed then this will be the reason why.

If this is the case then can you check your console to ensure the expansions are installed. If they are and the issue persists I would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the game and the expansions then try again.

Hi @Grindiclaus I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues stealing the key from the guard in the Anderitum Raven Challenge.

I have moved your post from the megathread that you posted in as that particular issue is resolved. The issue you are experiencing is different.

Could you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue. In the video we would need to see the following:

  • That you have the latest update, 1.6.0 installed. This can be seen the main menu screen.
  • That you are unable to steal the key from the guard.

I am also sorry to hear that you are unable to progress in the quest 'Gift to the God'.

I can confirm that this issue is different to the one in the megathread that you posted in. The megathread issue was related to Brudd not Sigrun and Halstein.

This issue was reported via your support case and has been reported to the development team and is still being investigated.
