Hi @petek the development team have been unable to load your save file that was provided.

They have also noticed in the video that you have over 1 million silver which is quite a lot. Could you please confirm if you are using any third party software to manipulate the game in anyway? If so could you please disable this and try using Synin again as this could be the cause of the issue and why the development team were unable to load your save file.

Hi @JonnyHotpockets

The development team would like to know if you are still experiencing issues with this core challenge? I have checked your account and can see that you have not played the game since November 2021. Could you please install the latest update, 1.6.0 and load your save to see if the challenge completes. If it doesn't could you try synchronising any two viewpoints in England again to see if that works.

As the development team were unable to reproduce this issue on update 1.5.3 and we have not received any further reports we will be marking this issue as resolved.

If you experience the issue again then please don't hesitate to share an update within this thread so we can notify the development team. When sharing a new report, please can you provide us with the a video which shows the following:

  • You have the latest Title Update installed on your platform. You can check this in the main menu screen.
  • That there are no daily items available to purchase from Reda

Hi @Randelia the development team have asked if you could confirm which point in The Forgotten Saga you reached? For example did you defeat Nidhogg?

It's possible that these entries are missing if you have not encountered the enemies yet. They have also asked if you can confirm the number value under the enemies section of the codex (e.g. 20/40) as this will help.
