This issue may be linked to another issue where the quest 'The War Effort' cannot be completed if you have already purchased everything from Norvid's shop before starting the quest.
Can you confirm if you purchased all of the items from Norvid's shop?
As you aware the festival ended yesterday, therefore you will be unable to complete this quest for which we apologise.

After reading through the posts in this thread and the ticket that was opened there was no mention of mods being the cause of this issue.
As these are the only reports of this issue that were received and the development team were unable to reproduce the issue they were unable to continue looking into it as they needed to focus on issues that had a higher impact on gameplay experience.

I have checked this again with the development team and they have confirmed that you only get improvements to the feast buff when you first build the three farms. The additional upgrades do not improve the feast buff anymore.
I understand that it shows this on the screen each time you upgrade the farms but that text was only meant to relate to the building being built.
I apologise for any confusion this has caused and I have forwarded your feedback on to the development team.
