I am also sorry to hear that you have purchased the Opal map and that it has not shown the Opal locations on your map.

I have checked your account and can see the purchase that you made. Could you please confirm if the Opal locations are not visible on certain maps or all maps? If certain maps could you confirm which ones.

Can you confirm if you are also receiving a notification that your GPU does not support DX12?

If so could you please confirm your system specifications and if you have tried any of the troubleshooting suggested by Ubi-Nacho and Ubi_Plush?

I am also sorry to hear that you are also experiencing issues collecting the Cassivellaunus artifact.

Could you please provide a video to show that the artifact has not spawned and also check the area suggested by pickedermine80. We would also need to see your inventory to show that you have not collected the artifact.

Hi @mrexpendable_ apologies for the late response.

I am unsure if this is intended or not. Could you please provide a video to show that you have collected the gear set in-game and that it is not available as a transmog option at the Blacksmith's.

Could you take a look at the PC troubleshooting article and run through all the steps listed then try again. The support article contains some of the most common fixes for crashes, freezing, FPS drops and more.

Please confirm if this resolves the issue.

I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced issues completing the world event 'Aegir's Daughters'.

After watching a walkthrough of this event again I can see that Eivor interacts with the thralls clothes when he wakes up, then goes outside and see's the boar walking around and he makes a comment about it, then checks the broken barrel on the roof and finally to the large wooden cauldron. I am unsure if you are required to go near the boar or not but you could try this then return to the cauldron again.

If the issue persists I would recommend loading a previous save before you started the event and try again. However, if this is not possible then could you please provide a vid...

Hi @tompamisi apologies for the late response.

I am also sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your mouse cursor moving to the second screen during gameplay.

I have merged your post with the original thread that reported this issue.

I can see that there is a setting in-game to lock the cursor to your screen. This is set to off by default. Can you please go into the control settings and check if the option is enabled, if not try enabling it then try again and see if the issue persists.
