Hello SaltySven, thanks for getting in touch with us about this. In order to report this to the Siege team, are you able to tell us which particular guns appear with pink flowers instead of white as shown, in the original design?

If any other players able to give examples of how their Red Silk weapon skins appear different as advertised for certain guns in their loadout, please post in this thread and we ill happily pass this onto the team.

Hello everyone, we have been informed that all players who were eligible for Drops and packs, who had the necessary watch time, have now had their rewards pushed to their accounts after a small delay.

If you did not receive a certain drop on your Twitch Inventory page - https://www.twitch.tv/drops/inventory

This would mean that you did not watch for the eligible amount of time. Without the item appearing in a players drop inventory as proof, we would be unable to add these to our players accounts.

As for the duplicate items in SI packs, this is not a bug, this is intended, players will be able e to complete the full set again later in the year, when the postponed SI event continues with more ... Read more

Hey JHVL2015, we were advised to tell players in this instance that you should close the message if you can, exit/close the game traditionally, then reset your router.

I would also recommend following this connectivity guide to improve your connection to our servers to help stop these long matchmaking times you experience. In this guide please follow each step including the port forwarding section to improve you connectivity - https://ubi.li/6L9Js

HI Lenosaurus, sorry to hear this. What was the name of the track of the day for that date please? Have you been able to check after 24 hours if the leaderboard has updated with your correct time?

Hello UnearnedMantis5, sorry to hear this, were you able to take any video clips of the match so we can review this to see what happens? We would need some recent footage recorded after the 11th of February to show if this was still affecting players so we can report this further.

Hello mordeera, thanks for posting about this.

Did you obtain the game through Epic or the Ubisoft Store can I ask?

I also use a Xbox One controller and have found sometimes it can be temperamental with button presses, I have a better experience when I use the controller as a wired controller with a usb cable. Have you been using the controller wirelessly or wired?

I would also recommend updating your Xbox controller firmware through the official Xbox Accessories app from the Windows store too if you haven't done so already as this may help your issue.

Hello NotHps, thanks for getting in touch with us about Siege. Is it the Ubisoft launcher you are unable to log into? Have you tried previously to rest your password or email as this may have locked you out for 1 to 24 hours depending on how many attempts you have made.

If this is not the case, could you please link us to a screenshot so we could better see if any particular error messages are displayed? You can try uploading an image to a image sharing website such as Imgur then send us a link to view it please?

Hi there everyone thanks for posting about being unable to make a transaction via Steam for credits or other in game items.

We are still looking into this issue at the moment, we know some players are unable to make a purchase as the continue button is greyed out for them during the payment process.

I am unsure if the Lunar Skins availability dates will be extended at this point, as we have not had any communication about this yet but we will pass on your feedback about that, usually these skins are made available every year seasonally.

If possible would you be all be able to tell me your region and date and time (including timezone) when you last attempted to make a purchase in the game? I would like to pass these details onto the team investigating a fix.

Hello Not_KissShot, thank you for getting in touch with us about your connection issues and sorry to hear you have not been able to play the game for some time.

So when it comes to forwarding ports, this may be your best option to connect to the correct data server. What I would suggest first is can you connect to ethernet without the use of the TP link at all? I know the TP link is convenient but I have heard in some cases it does not provide the best connection compared to plugging your computer directly to the router with ethernet.

As for the ports, you would need to log into your router via your computers browser, I can see you said you had the option for separate TCP and UDP and this is perfectly normal.

The ports you need are -

TCP: 80, 443, 3478, 3479, 3480 (These all need to be set up separately for TCP in your router settings)

UDP: 3478, 3479, 3658, 6115, 10000-10099​. (This need to be set up separately for the r... Read more

Hello Davillicious, thanks for posting about this issue, I believe I have heard of this same issue from another player recently.

What weapons have you noticed this affecting? Have you been able to thoroughly test each operators main and secondary weapon to see which ones this behaviour affects?

Can I also ask if you are running the latest driver for your Razer Lancehead mouse using the Razer Synapse 3 software? - https://www.razer.com/gb-en/downloads

Finally can I also ask you which version of Siege are you using Vulkan or DirectX and do you have any programs running in the background that could be interfering such as hardware monitors or RGB lighting etc? This list details some... Read more

Thanks for the reply friend. Is there any possible reason you can think of why the Twitch Drops this time around may have not counted your watch time?

Did you ever have more than one window of Twitch open or were you signed into Twitch on any other devices as we believe this may negate watch time for some players?

Another thing to check is, if you are watching the stream on PC using a certain internet browser, did you at any point delete your cookies, did your internet need restarting at any point or did you minimize your browsers tab at any point that may have affected this?

Hello JHVL2015, I appreciate the update and you getting back to us.

If you ever need to check for any server or maintenance on our servers at the time you can not find a match or end up disconnection please check out this link here, next time this happens for our server status - https://rainbow6.ubisoft.com/status/

If you can not find a match after 5 minutes, please do not reconnect but exit the game instead and restart, as this bug has been known to affect players who try to re-join a match after some time. Thanks JHVL2015.
