Sorry to hear this Krustard, thanks for resetting your profile, verifying your files and disabling background software.

Can I ask additionally to what you have already tried, what kind of USB devices do you plugged into your PC?

Do you have any HID / USB drivers still installed on your computer from any peripherals you have used in the past?

You can check this by pressing the Windows key on your keyboard and typing Device, then selecting Device Management and viewing the HID (Human Interface Device) compatible devices, it may be beneficial to either update the devices you are currently using or install ones that you have identified as old drivers.

If possible can you tell us what RTX update are you using? Is it the 461.72 update for your Nvidia 2060 or another?

If possible are you able to test this, by rolling back your driver to the previous one from about one month ago, if available, to see if your FPS returns to normal to test this?

You should be able to find all previous drivers from this website - https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/

Can I also ask, is this affecting you in Vulkan mode or DirectX mode and have you had the opportunity to test both? ...

Hey IIllIlIllIllIl, thanks for posting.

I can see you have a Twitch account linked to your Ubisoft account at this very moment, but I am unable to go into details in the forum about that.

Have you used more than one Ubisoft Account in the past or more than one Twitch username?

If that is the case and you have had more than one account in the past, have you been able to try this fix -

1. Un-link the 2 accounts from the Ubisoft Account Management website -

2. Re-link Ubisoft account A with Twitch account A (to renew the token and stop the error from occurring)

Hey MaxPower-.96., thanks for your post. We will feed this back to the team about the biggest pack being unavailable on the Ubisoft Store. From what I can see at the moment at least on the UK store the largest credit pack available is 7560 credits.

Hello SkynetDDS, thank you for getting in touch with us about your FPS performance in game.

First of all as you mentioned you are unable to run the game on your 4000Mhz speed ram, could you please go into your PCs BIOS settings after restarting your PC, navigate to the Memory settings and check to see what your default Ram speed is?

This might not match the speed of the Ram you actually have installed and you can change this by selecting the XMP profile for your Ram instead of the automatic default settings, the motherboards may have selected for you.

You may notice better FPS numbers doing this if you use a 1080P monitor, if you use a higher resolution monitor such as a 4K monitor, the FPS gain you will see, may not be as great.

Can I also ask what ram sticks you are using, how many and if any of them differ in speed at all that may be causing your mobo to not register them as 4000?

Thanks for the update ORAVA_IMURI, missing footsteps and gun shot sounds have previously been under investigation by the Siege team, for a few of our seasonal updates.

In order to open a new investigation into this, with the concrete evidence you have provided me in that clip, could you please tell me the exact date when this issue first occurred for you in game 2 weeks ago if possible?

We were hoping this issue was resolved upon entering the release of Y6, but I will happily reopen the investigation after you can get back to me on the above, thanks again for your help.

Hello Nexu, thank you for bringing this to our attention.

If possible, if you are both experiencing this, are you able to roll back your drivers to the previous update that was released in january, to test this for us to make certain the driver update has affected this?

Are there any other affects you have noticed in game that are not appearing as normal?

Thank you for the update CT-7567._ I can see your case has now been escalated to the game team to investigate and can also see a Twitch account linked to your Ubisoft account now.

For some players they were simply not eligible for the drops as they did not have the required watch time and so it did not appear in their inventory. The eligible players had the drops pushed to their inventory last week, however I can see unfortunately that was not the case for you and you appear to be eligible.

I will follow your case number to see how this progresses, thank you for the update.

Hi guys thanks for making a post about this and sorry to see you were unable to join your friends in-game.

For the error code 2-0x0000C004 this was believed to be initially only affecting PC players at the time.

Just to confirm, has each one of your friends tried to invite the others to a game as well, as in be the host with no success and have experienced this error code message also?

Are you able to describe any circumstances surrounding the invites that caused this error message such as game mode you try to play, time of day it affects you, any kind of pattern that you have noticed?

Hello sickuk, thank you posting and welcome to the forums.

If the PC that you bought had any cheating or hacking software still installed on the computer by a previous owner, BattlEye may detect this and ban your account from the game.

As far as I can see, I can not find any cases about this that have been made under the sickuk Ubisoft Account. Are you able to give us the case number where you contacted us so I can check this for you?

Are you able to screenshot the message you receive that says you have been banned? Is there any particular error code associated with this ban message?

Typically we are unable to discuss bans openly across the forum and will ask you to contact us privately instead through one of our support channels.

Hello Falcon.GoD, thank you for getting in touch with us about the audio issues you have experienced. I have deleted your other 2 threads as I believe you made these duplicate threads by mistake.

When it comes to audio issues and Siege, for each single audio issue a player may encounter, we require players to submit videos capturing this, so we can pass this onto our QA team to try and reproduce.

As each player has a different computer set up, different audio devices and may have different software and audio controllers running in the background, we encourage players to contact us directly about this so we can tailor our troubleshooting to you specifically to rule out anything on a players system that may cause this, or if it is caused by the game or occurs on a specific map etc.

The use of mouse and keyboard in our competitive console games are not permitted and is considered cheating.

If you come across players like this in game, please use the 'Report A Player' tool in game to report these types of players.

When you use this tool in the game, it automatically tells us the date, time and players name, so we have all the evidence we need for our security team to review.

When the player is investigated, if it is discovered that they were in fact cheating, they will be permanently be banned from the game. Thanks for your support!

At the moment this isn't something players are able to do, delete a previous case, Ubisoft Support do not offer this as a service to players, Unfortunately due to technical limitations this is not possible.

Instead we may merge similar cases into one, if a player has contacted us about the same issue multiple times in a short space of time.

This is so we can keep all the relevant information in one place to be able to better assist the player.
