Hello everyone, thank you for posting about your Twitch Drops.

We have been informed that all players who were eligible for Drops and packs, who had the necessary watch time, have now had their rewards pushed to their accounts after a small delay.

If you did not receive a certain drop on your Twitch Inventory page - https://www.twitch.tv/drops/inventory

This would mean that you did not watch for the eligible amount of time. Without the item appearing in a players drop inventory as proof, we would be unable to add these to our players accounts.

Hi SerRikari, if you need to wait for a match for any game mode longer then 5 minutes we would recommend resetting your router and exiting then relaunching the game to try and re-establish your connection to the server.

If you encounter long match times on a regular basis, please try all the steps in this guide to help improve your connectivity to Siege - https://ubi.li/YPwnl

If you run into any trouble with the steps, please let us know and we will do our best to advise, you can also contact your network provider for help in setting up port forwarding on your router.

Hi everyone thank you for posting about your attempted purchase in game of credits in game on PC.

This issue has re-emerged recently and it is currently being looked into. We know some players are unable to make a purchase as the continue button is greyed out or inaccessible for them or greyed out.

I have merged some threads together with this similar issue to keep track of recent player posts affected by this.

To everyone that has posted about this thread recently, we are passing this information onto the team investigating and making note of what location our players are in who can not make a purchase, apologies for any inconvenience but thank you for your patience whilst we try to investigate a fix.

If you comment on this thread, please post the exact date and time you tried to make this purchase and if you are using a VPN, please also let us know what data server you are connected to if you know this. You can ... Read more

Hey Redx047 and Pimbador1623 thanks for reaching out.

For the duplicate items in SI packs, this is not a bug, this is intended, as players will be able to complete the full set again later in the year, when the postponed SI event continues with more packs.

Also to note, if you have more than one platform that you play Siege on such as Xbox, PlayStation and PC and they are connected to the same Ubisoft Account and Twitch account you will earn packs and drops on each of those platforms too.

Hello HopelessJohn, sorry to hear that you didn't receive the Units as a reward for your order.

We are aware of an issue with the delivery of Units for purchases on the Ubisoft Store and our teams are working to resolve this issue.

Units may take up to 10 days to be added to your Ubisoft account. Rest assured that you will receive your points but with some delays.

I am sorry to see you may have been affected by DDOS whilst playing Siege.

We are working on ways to tackle DDoS and encourage players to report this to us through our social media pages and Ubisoft Support website to help us locate these types of players so we can permanently ban them from the game.

If you can tell us what kind of Alpha pack you opened at the time, as well as the date you tried to open this, we have a record of all alpha packs granted on a players accounts and when we can check for you.

Hello guys, when you try to unlock this content and you try to purchase the alpha packs and you receive the 'Unlock Fail' message are you able to screenshot us a picture of this message so we can see if this is related to players being unable to purchase credits?

Or do you mean that you are unable to unzip the pack after you have already purchased it for clarification?

Can I also ask, are you purchasing this Alpha Pack with credits or renown please and have you tried both options if you are able?

Hello samppa10s, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Are you able to record footage in real time of this happening (or not happening) in game, showing you pressing the controllers option button? Please make sure you are quickly pressing the button on the controller and not holding it down, the small text box should then appear in match.
