Hello Pimbador1623, as replied to your previous 2 posts. duplicate items are intended with the SI Twitch Drop Alpha Packs. More SI charms and items will be available as part of this collection in the next phase of the Six Invitational after it has been rescheduled to a later date in the year, we have no news of what this date will be at the moment, thank you.

Hello OreoMcFlurryUwU, thanks for getting back to us on this.

We had believed this issue was resolved previously after the SI Charms were released recently, but obviously this has not been the case. I have read up on your case details and can see you have tried the troubleshooting advised for PS5 with no luck. I have forwarded your details onto our team and I have reopened the investigation. I will keep my eyes peeled for more players with the same issue. If you happen to see any more reports of this on the forums or anywhere else please post in this thread and I can pass this information on too to our QA team, thanks again for the help Oreo, we will try our best to keep you updated when we hear something back.

Thanks for the follow up Whiff_Cream, I have just checked your case over and can see you tried some troubleshooting for your platform with no luck. I will add your name to our investigation and link this thread after merging it with Oreos thread so we can keep this information together. I hope we can update you soon when we have more information to share on this.

Can I also ask, when you see the unlock fail message, do you lose that Alpha Pack altogether from your inventory?

Hello samppa10s, I appreciate you providing a video, I have had a good look at this and looked at the settings you showed us and couldn't see anything that stood out on why you are unable to use the chat option in game.

I'm interest to know, if you change your squad privacy setting to something other than just 'Friends' in the menu, are you able to use the chat option then?

Can I also ask, have you been able to try all game modes and does the option for text chat not show up for any?

For the sake of being thorough, can I just ask, have you been able to try this on another controller to see if the text chat works then? have you also tried connecting the controller via usb to test this and also finally resetting the controller using a pin on the back reset button? I need to be sure that this is a game issue and not a unusual peripheral issue, so if you could test this that would be grand.

Hello alex_crusader and Darkprodutions thanks for posting about your weapon skin. The game doesn't seem to appear on either of your account as ever being played.

Have you played the game for at least 2 hours for Ubisoft Connect to register the game time?

If you have done so, can you please get in touch with us through a support ticket and provide your proof of purchase of Ghost Recon Future Soldier or show an image of it in your Ubisoft+ library and we may be able to add this to your account.

Hello CapitalismRule and everyone else who posted about the surrender match issue.

We are aware of this issue and this was recently patched on the 11th of February, you can read our Twitter post about this here - https://twitter.com/Rainbow6Game/sta...49911131832325

The team which surrenders in game when losing a match will now lose MMR for surrendering, we will be unable to restore any MMR for players who encountered this exploit regrettably.

Thank you all for your patience whilst the team worked to resolve this.

Hello archdoodler007, thanks for posting about this and updating us. If you would like to upload or clip or screenshot of your settings to a video hosting website such as Imgur or Youtube then send us a link to us, that would allow us to view this.

How does your console feel (please be careful!) when the noises appear, does the console feel warmer as though the PSU, fans or internal GPU and CPU inside are working harder to ramp the frames up?

Also was anyone able to get a reply from Sony regarding this noise issue?

I would also like to give credit to dh5alpha for your update, this is a very intriguing issue at the moment, so thank you for finding more information on this issue.

Hello Applelosophy, sorry to hear about your missing MMR.

Did you restart the game after this happened as sometimes the MMR will turn up in the next game launch after synching with the server. If you made a note of the exact time and dates of these matches, please get in touch with us through our support channels -

Hello SakurauchiOuka, thank you for posting about this issue with your mouse.

What kind of mouse do you use and what software came with it? Have you been able to check for any firmware updates you r mouse may need?

Can I also ask do you often use ALT+TAB between rounds, as the game can sometimes stop recognising mouse movements and functions if this is performed.

Are you using any game overlays when playing? Disabling any overlay in your game launcher may also resolve this issue.

Finally, do you use any software in the background when playing the game such as -

Full Screen Game Overlays
VoIP and Chat services
RGB controllers
Overclocking Software
Hardware monitoring
Streaming software
Peer to Peer software
VPN

Hello MorgothCrusher, thanks for getting in touch with us about this issue.

Would you be able to tell us what platform you and your partner play on?

Would you also be able to tell us, how many players you had on your team by the end of the match and how many members did you partner have on their team at the end of the match?

Whoever had the least amount of team members, how many rounds did you play with a lesser amount of players and did anybody else join the team later on?

If this happens to either of you again, would you possibly be able to record the match or make note of the date and time? I would like to get clarification on this is this were to happen again. Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention.

Hello FERRARI812A, you will not get banned from the game for refunding a Steam purchase. As far as I am aware usually in-game items are non refundable from the Ubisoft Store, but this may differ if you purchased this from Steam. Hi everyone thank you for bringing this to our attention, I have to admit this is the first I have heard of this happening after the latest update.

If anybody experiences this again, would you please take a screenshot of the message that pops up and post it in this thread, so we are able to identify the exact message and follow this up if needed, thank you for also sharing your resolution to restart your PC.
