Hello methth, thanks for posting and sorry for the delay getting back to you.

I have a few questions for you if you wouldn't mind -

Could you let us know what game mode you are playing, Vulkan or DIrectX and are you playing via Ubisoft Connect or Steam?

Can you also tell us, do you have a controller you can physically plug into your PC and remove which can temporarily resolve this issue?

Do you have any USB devices connected in your device management screen, under HID, that the game could recognise as a controller or peripheral?

24 hours does seem a long time for a ban, after receiving only 1 warning. Usually these abandon sanctions stack up and a player will be given an extended sanction each time, most commonly for these reasons - https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/Article/000062990/

Can I just make sure you have the Ubisoft Connect launcher installed also as you will need it in order to launch the game. You should be able to download it by clicking on the link at the top right of this page - https://ubisoftconnect.com/en-GB/

Thanks for the update BusyOnDaGlizzy.

The settings look good to me from what I can see, are you able to record a clip using the Windows/Xbox Game Bar using the Windows Key, Alt and R key, so that we are able to view this please?

I can see you have a FHD 1080P monitor setup with the capability of up to 144HZ, this monitor is a lower resolution then the 2K WQHD and 4K UHD monitors you can buy, so this may affect the detail you are able to see in game despite having an RTX 3070.

Are you able to test the game on another monitor or are you able to swap your HDMI cable out for a HDMI 1.4 if you have one to test this?

Hello Santafive, thank you for getting in touch.

The MMR you will lose for a match will be determined by a few things. If you are a new or longtime player, your performance as a team and your personal skill level.

If the game believe you to be a particularly skilled player and matches you against players who it believes you are of a higher skill than, but you then go onto lose, you will lose more MMR as the game believed statistically you should have won.

If you are experiencing cheaters in game, what kind of things are they doing and have you use the 'Report A Player' tool in game to flag their accounts to us?

Hello LTT-F1nn, if you would like to query the MMR you gained from the match, please let us know the exact date and time and timezone, then get in contact with us through our support site and we can tell you exactly what MMR was registered on your account.

Hello everyone, thanks for posting about this issue that seems to have resurfaced.

We have been made aware by out players, that in the last few days since the beginning of March some of you have started experiencing the 'Please Wait, Synchronizing Data' message which does not show you the renown you received for the Training Grounds / Thunt mode.

At the moment I can not say for certain if your renown will be reimbursed for these matches, where no renown was rewarded.

We have reopened an investigation into this and will make the team aware of this new thread. Any updates we have to share will either be posted on this forum or on our Twitter webpage here -https://twitter.com/Rainbow6Game

Thanks for letting us know this information AndyTranny. I would strongly suggest doing some troubleshooting and port forwarding your router to our servers for this issue, to help your console better connect to our servers.

I recommend these steps and port forwarding as I was having problems myself with another FPS game on PS4, after port forwarding my router I have had no disconnections online and no rubberbanding in matches.

We can use clip to investigate further, if it was clear which player was using a MnK on console.

What we need to know exactly if you were to report any cheater to us, would be the following -

- Game you were playing and what platform?
- Exact time and date of match if possible
- What was the cheater doing?
- Suspected cheater names / where they playing in a clan / Screenshot of Scoreboard
- Any video clips of the match / cheating in question
- Your Ubisoft ID

Once you can provide us with all of this information we will be happy to pass this onto our security team.

Thanks for letting me know Krustard., this is understandable after you have tried some of these steps to no success yet.

As you mentioned you has been using a controller previously, what launcher did you use the gamepad with? Did you ever use the gamepad with Steam and was it a bluetooth capable gamepad?

If so I would recommend disabling the General Controller Settings in Steam to possibly fix the issue (Steam > Settings > Controller > General Controller Settings)

I also noticed from your MSINFO files from a few days ago that you still had the following programs running on startup -

Steam
OneDrive
Discord
Overwolf
LGHUB
Wallpaper Engine

Could you please make sure that these programs are disabled on start up through Task Manager, as they could be affecting your Epic games version of Siege. Having Steam open it the same time as Epic, can interfere with the games controls too. ...
