The reason you may have won more MMR in previous matches was because you played against players who were of a higher skill than you.

The game didn't not think you would win, but you did, so the game will reward you more MMR in this case.

Just as if you had lost against lower skilled players, the game believed you should have won, so the game will take more MMR away from you in this case.

Just to clarify, this came from the Siege game team, I am just passing the message on, on their behalf.

When it comes to how many Kills you get per game, this doesnt not matter, the points are awarded on wins and losses of the team, not personal performance in that match. You might not get any kills in the game but as long as your team wins you will earn MMR.

Hello everyone just an update to this situation of players now gaining less MMR points after a match.

After consulting with the Siege game team this is not a glitch.

After your placement matches and gaining your Rank, the game has a good idea of what skill you have and what uncertainty of winning stat you have.

The game does not reset these stats with each update, only your Rank. Rank does not effect MMR at all.

MMR gains and loss is purely based on your skill rating, performance as a team and your uncertainty stat.

With all this taken into consideration, the game is confident the rank you have been placed in is correct, so you will have a low uncertainty stat, meaning the game will reward you less MMR.

Only newer players will gain more MMR or lose more MMR because their uncertainty at winning matches stat is higher, as they have not played enough matches for this to be determined yet.

I have checked over your case and can see a long list of troubleshooting advice the agents have given you can to help improve your connection.
They have also asked for your port forwarding screenshots today as well.

As you have already created a ticket about this my best advice would be to respond to the ticket and tell the agents what troubleshooting you have done from their list and then provide them with the screenshots they have asked for. That way we can escalate your case if needed.Thank you.

Hello, it is well known to our Siege community we have had a number of audio issues and bugs appear in the game and we are still investigating these issues with our players help, as we try to reproduce the same bugs on our side, in order to be able to see what is causing them.

Some of our reported issues include inverted audio on headphones, missing audio when droning, using a camera or spectating and missing audio in Training Grounds.

Hey bahadrop-top,

Were you able to download any driver updates for your vega 8?

Do you have any other software that you know of or dont know of that might be cheekily using up some of your Ram and Vram in the background when you are playing the game?

You can check through task manager for programs that may be running.

There are a few things we can suggest to try and help you, but I would prefer to know what you tried to do to stop the Vulkan crashes so far so I don't ask you do repeat the same troubleshooting.

We haven't had too many reports on these crashes so far on PC, it was mainly console since the update.

I apologise, I thought that AMD Radeon RX Vega 8 was an integrated graphics card for certain notebooks.

If you are not using a laptop and a pc instead, are you running any software in the background whilst playing the game?

If you are using any other software in the background such as but not limited to -

Hi bahadrop-top.

I believe your AMD Vega 8 graphics card may be comparable to a GeForce GTX 1050 GTX. The minimum required graphics card needed is a GeForce GTX 460, so GPU wise I think you will be okay.

We support gaming on laptops with our games as much as we can do, as long as the minimum specs are met, but the game is not optimised for this.

So the Vulkan mode is using quite a bit of your Ram.

Have you tried lowering some of the settings in the game to compensate the high Vram usage? It may steady the performance of Vulkan mode for now.

If you haven't already done so I would update your GPU driver too.

If you are using an Nvidia GPU, I got a notification today to say there was a new update, so it may be worth checking yours too here -

Hello IlllllIIIlllIIl, welcome to the forums!

Sorry to hear about this, what happens when the game wont launch? Does it ask you to log in, do you see the splash screen or do you get any kind of message?

Can you try finding the games .exe file first, right clicking on it and launching it as administrator?

Can I also ask when was the last time you tried to play Siege, was it a while ago? You may need to download a new version of the Uplay launcher and install it from our website here - https://uplay.ubisoft.com/en-GB

I-Die-Often, N00BPredabot and LumyPop, thank you for providing us with this information about your audio issues.

I will happily compile this and pass it onto the QA team to try to reproduce on our side, thank you for your time and help with solving these issues.

Can I also ask you all how you would describe your audio set-up?
(Headphones plugged in the monitor, plugged in a the controller, plugged directly into computer, using a home cinema system, using speakers, etc)

Furthermore, if anybody is able to capture any audio clips of this happening, that would be very helpful also, thanks again, I hope I can update you on this, in the near future.
