Hi comfyninja6932, thank you for getting in contact about this.

What are you doing in the game when your game suddenly freezes?

I have heard of the game crashing on Xbox recently on the but the Siege team have since reported this as fixed on the 17th.

Has this happened to you in the last two days since the fix and if so have you reinstalled the game in the last two days since the hotfix as this was reported to solve the issue.

The audio cutting out has not been mentioned previously with the recent crashes.

If you are referring to cross platform progression in Siege, we confirmed or announced that this will be a feature in our Siege games.

We are asking players to link their 1st party accounts to their Ubisoft IDs however, in preparation if we do announce this feature in certain Ubisoft games in the future.

Hello everyone,

Just an update to this situation -

The 4-0xFFF0BDC0 error code is currently unknown to us and is under investigation. We have also received reports of error codes 4-0xFFF0BDD1, 4-0xFFF0BE29, 4-0xFFF0BE1F and 4-0xFFF0BE2F, and are investigating these in connection with the first error code mentioned.

Please first exhaust connectivity troubleshooting for your platform, as we believe this to resolve the issues of most players:

- PC

- PlayStation 4

- PlayStation 5

- Xbox One

- Xbox Series X/S

Hello iduonno,

I wouldn't necessarily disable your f-secure anti-virus, but if you go into its settings, can you make sure that it has whitelisted and enabled Uplay and Trackmania app / .exe files so that it does not see it as a threat and tries to block the game?

Ah thank you for clarifying rAshDecision_

I can confirm this is a known behaviour that can cause issue in the game, pressing Alt and Tab to switch screens can sometimes affect the mouse pointers movement in the game, I know this is not ideal but unfortunately we do not have a fix for this yet, we can only ask players not do this too often.

Hello everyone just an update to this situation,

For players who have contacted us about gaining less MMR points after a match, which they believe is related to the new Shadow Legacy update -

After consulting with the Siege team leads about this since the update, they have informed us this is not a glitch.

After your placement matches and gaining your Rank, the game has a good idea of what skill you have and what uncertainty of winning stat you have.

The game does not reset these stats with each update, only your Rank. Rank does not effect MMR at all.

MMR gains and loss is purely based on your skill rating, performance as a team and your uncertainty stat.

With all this taken into consideration, the game is confident the rank you have been placed in is correct, so you will have a low uncertainty stat, meaning the game will reward you less MMR.

Are you using Vulkan mode or DirectX mode when this happens?

Are you able to get past the splash screen and into the Siege menu before the game crashes?

Can I also ask you what launcher you are using? Uplay / Steam / Epic?

There are quite a number of fixes we can try to help with this issue, but are you able to answer the following questions first?

Hello everyone,

Please let us know the titles of the challenges you have completed and the name of the rewards you should have won that is missing from your game.

If these are rewards you have redeemed with club points, please let us know what rewards are missing for you in game too.

Please also bear in mind it can take up to 24 hours to appear on your account, in game.

This is the first word we have had about this for the new Shadow Legacy update, so any information you can provide us with would be great so we can bring it to the attention of the team sooner and also check your accounts.

Hi M1ssLoli,

Thanks for getting in contact with us about this. We have had a few issues with the ADS setting not being able to be saved after switching from default settings, but this has since been fixed in the game over the last few days.

This ADS issue you are having is the first time I've heard a player mention it, does this happen with all weapons you use or only certain ones, have you been able to test this?

Also, how good is your connection to the game and what is your ping counter usually like?
