Hello @M1kokoxd sorry to hear the game is crashing for you when trying to open the garage and skin editor or training mode. It sounds as though this may be caused by a corrupted file or installation.

Hello @Noizy6911 I'm really sorry to hear your campaign times and training times have been removed, this isn't something we are able to restore unfortunately.

Can I ask if you are using Geforce Now, I know this was previously reported as an issue for a Geforce Now player who reinstalled the game.

Can you also let us know what exact previous campaigns have lost your times too?

Hello guest-xN210dw0 thank you for your sharing your experience of matchmaking times on the South African servers, I am sorry to hear you have had a lesser quality experience and are needing to wait a long time to find a match regardless of game mode.

Thanks for letting us know you would like to see manual server selection on console too.

Hello @jkuiuyiyutr thank you for getting in touch with us.

We've had a few reports of players having issues when building certain mines.

Can I just check, have you updated the game to the 14.2 game update? Are you using any mods with the game, if so could you please uninstall them?

If you have checked the above two steps, are you able to upload a video clip showing you are unable to build the lumberjack building or the coal mine, so we can take a look?

Hello ingene, thanks for getting back to us.

Did you manage to resolve the issue with crashing by checking your ram, or did you see some kind of error message that referenced your ram, if so, are you able to screenshot this and pop it in the forum thread so we can take a look, if you are still encountering these issues?

Sometimes if you are having an issue with memory it can be either not enough physical ram or not enough virtual ram. You can adjust your Windows virtual ram (pagefile) by doing the following which may help any ram related issues >>

-Press the Windows key and R to bring up the Run toolbox
-Type sysdm.cpl and press enter
-Select the Advanced tab
-Select Performance Settings
-Select Advanced again
-Select the Custom Size check box
-Adjust your page size to a higher number for the drive your game/game launcher uses - set a number for the Initial size then times this by x3 for the maximum size

You should still be able to purchase the Ultimate Steam year 7 edition of the game, whether you have played the Deluxe version previously on PC, Microsoft game pass. We no longer offer upgrades of the game if you have previously bought another version of the game, so you would need to purchase the Ultimate edition of the game outright. The actions that can lead to temporary and permanent bans can include >
- Cheating using, using a banned program, or using an unfair advantage

Hello @tab-oaldo thanks for getting in touch with us and sorry to hear of these bugs you have encountered whilst playing Siege.

Regarding becoming stuck when using cameras, can you let us know if this happens on a particular map, with a particular camera or a particular operator's drone, so we can see if it is currently under investigation?

As for your game crashes, did your computer do any of the following things? >
 
- PC restarted itself
- Game or launcher closed itself down
- PC displayed a certain coloured screen
- The game froze so you couldn't control anything
- Or any other strange behaviour not described?

Hello BeautifuI_Mama, thank you for getting in touch with us about your 24 hours abandon sanction.
 
A 24-hour abandon sanction will usually only be given for multiple disconnects in a short space of time and leaving ranked matches which is why you saw the message about a previous match.
 
Unfortunately, we are unable to lift temporary sanctions for any players but we will pass on your feedback on the Quit Game option in the menu.
