Sorry to hear this issue has affected you also @soarrem did you try any of the troubleshooting or game settings edits posted in this thread by agents, to see if it can prevent the 4-0 error code for you?

- Time and date of the incident?
- Internet Service Provider?
- Data centre connected to?
- Do you use a VPN whilst playing?
