Hey there.

Sorry to hear you've encountered this.

Are you using a save that has been going for a long time? This issue was reportedly identified and fixed with a previous patch however it's unfortunately not possible to fix the issue retroactively for older save files.

Regarding the large subtitles option not saving correctly could you try launching the game and all launchers with admin privileges please and then try saving your settings again?

I can confirm this issue that the counter roll is non-functional/doesn't activate is known to the development team and is under active investigation at the moment. To assist the team in their investigation I have passed your info on to the team and your save files from the cloud. Thanks.

Hey there.

Are you playing on the latest version of the game? If so can you provide us with a link to short video if possible showing the version of the game you're running and the issue occurring? The reason I ask is that this issue was reported as resolved quite some time ago and we haven't received many reports I'm aware of that this issue still persists so if it is the case the issue has returned we'll need to re-open this issue with the team for investigation.
