Hey there.

Is it showing as greyed out in your library or is it gone completely? If it's greyed out it's likely to be the case you're logged in on a different Ubisoft account.

Can you confirm what platform you purchased the game on as well, please? Ubisoft Connect, EGS or Xbox Game Pass? Thanks.

  • A link to a video completing a main mission where this occurs before logging out and back in again?
  • In what main missions did this occur?

  • Did you perform any unusual glitch to kill or to cause Keener to behave unexpectedly during the mission?

Hey there folks.

Unfortunately our teams have so far been unable to reproduce this issue. In order to assist our teams with their investigation we have been asked if any affected players can provide the following:

  • A link to a video demonstrating this from the beginning of the mission.
  • Is the issue still occurring after you've returned to the entrance, accessed the mission menu and reset the mission?
  • When the ropes drop during the mission, a bomber enemy spawns next to them. Do you recall if you killed them right when they spawned, before the ropes had a chance to drop?
