I am sorry to hear that you can not progress with "The Forge and the Flame" quest.
Our development team is aware of the issue and it should be resolved with the future update therefore please make sure your game is fully updates.

First of all I am really sorry to hear that your mouse and the keyboard do not respond while in game.

I went through the detailed description you wrote and it seems to me that you have performed plenty of troubleshooting steps including disabling the background applications.
As far as I understand it all worked fine and you were not stuck in the menus before the PC restart, correct?
Have you tried to use another keyboard and/or a mouse in a testing purposes and check the game behavior?
Can you try one more time to disconnect all the peripherals, reinstall the game into another location and see if it will change the situation?

Could you please confirm that your game is fully updated? Have you tried to shutdown the game and relaunch it?

Sorry to hear you've started experiencing the issue with combat sounds. As of now, I don't see reports from our other player regarding this issue.
Could you please perform all the steps from the sound troubleshooting guide and let us know if it helps?

First of all I am sorry to hear the equipped weapon disappeared during fight with Ivarr for the quest "King Killer".

I understand that you have reported this by submitting a case and received the response from my colleagues.
I can confirm the issue is under investigation by our development team now, but as of now we're unable to provide you with a definite ETA.

You've also asked us why our customer support team do not respond every user and do not inform them about our updates and fixes. I know that all the cases our players submit are being responded in a timely manner, however if they don't hear back from you within 4 days, your case automatically ...

Just to summarize, could you please confirm that you've tried:
1) Update your software
2) Restore your PS4 software licenses.
3) Delete the game and reinstall it.
4) Start the PS4 in safe mode and rebuild the database.
5) Hard reset your console
6) Initialize your console
7) Delete corrupted downloads?

If none of these steps helped, please record a short video showing us the "Data OS corrupted" message...

We have had a similar issue where the weapons and a part of the outfit were clipping through the cloak when the cloak was being used, however the one you are reporting sounds different and affecting only the male version.
