I'm sorry that you are running into this issue playing through the Tidal Basin area. Would you be able to provide a video showing that the cannister clips into the doors? In your video, please show the main menu as well so that we can see the location of where you are in-game (and this will make it easier for the team to try to reproduce on their end). I'm sorry that you're seeing this error code when trying to play the game! Hopefully, we can get this resolved so you can get back to playing. As far as I know, you need an internet connection and can't play the game offline so I'm a little confused what you mean by the game takes you online and you used to be able to play on your own?
