I'm sorry that you haven't been receiving any apparel cache keys! Just to check, are you seeing notifications that you're getting keys and then they aren't appearing in your inventory, or are you not seeing any notifications at all? Also, would you be able to provide us with a screenshot showing the rewards track? Finally, please give these troubleshooting steps a try and see if they help.

@suschunga This is correct! The event ended on the 8th, however, you can still purchase and/or use any leftover keys until the 15th. Although, players are reporting that they are seeing there is still time left in-game. I'm not sure if that's because you're able to still purchase keys until the 15th.

The system currently will replace clan leaders who have been inactive for 2 months. It will then promote the next high-ranking active clan member into the position. I don't have any information on how long that process could take. However, if you're joining a clan that is inactive, technically speaking, there wouldn't be anyone around to promote you to a higher rank. So, I guess in theory you could sit there for however long it takes for the system to go through all the higher-ranking members and see if they remain inactive, and eventually, it could cycle through to you, but I'm thinking that would take a while, and if any of the higher ranking members and/or clan leader were to log back into the game at any...
