One of the most common causes for issues making a purchase, is no overlay.

Please check to make sure both Ubisoft Connect and Steam's overlays are enabled, then try again.

If you purchased the game in Uplay and not Steam, I'm afraid you're unable to use your Steam Wallet for in-game content. Only games purchased in Steam go through Steam's billing system.

I can see you have had quite a large conversation with a support agent; they will review your system files in detail and offer you some suggestions.

In the meantime, I've had a quick look for you, and here are some further suggestions -

- Install Windows Updates
- Run System File Checker (SFC): https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/929833/

I noticed a lot of Windows-related crashes, so hopefully that will solve it!

Hey! Sorry to read you're facing this issue, we will do our best to help.

I am uncertain if those errors are the cause of your issue, I will keep that in mind going forward.

We have noticed a larger increase of crashes with Windows 7, and strangely enough it was due to a conflict with our overlay.

Please try disabling it and see if that helps -

- Open Ubisoft Connect
- Click on the menu button at the top-left corner
- Settings
- Uncheck "Enable in-game overlay for supported games"

Our devs have found an issue server-side that is causing stats not to update, and for medals to go missing. Apologies for the inconvenience, they are working to get a solution implemented.
