Hello!

I have seen videos similar to this, however I'm not yet sure if it's the same issue.

Please answer the following -

- Does it always send you back to the start, or sometimes to a different checkpoint?
- Does it only seem to happen if you reset right when crossing a checkpoint, or can it happen at any stage in the race?

Hello again!

Sorry for the delay, I've been spending a lot of time organising forum threads today.

I can certainly see the difference. As most systems play with Medium - High settings it is difficult to determine if this affects all players. It may do, but perhaps it's only noticeable at your current settings.

Can you please confirm whether you're using a PC or Laptop, and are you able to provide your system specifications?

Our devs have been made aware of this issue however they've not been able to reproduce it just yet.

I'd like to request some information, which should help us -

- Are you able to provide a video of this happening?
- Which blocks were affected by the issue?
- Are those blocks custom?

Regarding issue number 2 - This may be something only the map designer can fix but I'm just speculating, we will see what happens

Our team were able to find an issue related to this in the past, and it was resolved. We have not been able to reproduce the issue since, so we may be able to fix this with some PC troubleshooting.

Thank you for your extensive knowledge of this issue.

Our team have investigated these reports multiple times, however they weren't able to find any memory leak. Considering the game has grown a lot since however, this issue may have worsened and it may be the ideal time to bring this up with our team again.

Would anyone be able to provide a video presenting the issue? Ideally it would show from game launch to experiencing lag, but it's not essential.

Thanks for getting back to me

You have a decent system capable of playing with much higher graphics settings. Is there any particular reason you're playing with such low settings?

With a 60Hz monitor you're not going to take advantage of any frames over 60 (give or take, I believe there is a small advantage) so it may be best to increase your graphics.

Can you please try increasing your graphics settings as much as possible and let me know if that works? Even if this is not how you would like to play permanently, it may help us narrow your issue down.
