I'm sorry to read you were facing a crashing issue, and you've not been able to contact our support.

If the crashing started after changing an in-game setting, you did the right thing by manually adjusting your configuration file.

I'm sorry for not seeing your response earlier!

I have now added the Aero Tycoon Challenge / Badge for you, as neither of them were showing as unlocked in my system.

These Vulkan errors usually mean drivers are not up-to-date or we are attempting to use an unsupported graphics processor.

For anyone affected, please list the following -

- CPU (processor)
- GPU (graphics card)
- RAM (speed & size)

Just before I report this issue I would first like to make sure I understand it correctly.

I can see you are unable to swap your weapon and the video is titled "pistol bug". Can you please explain in more detail what issue you are facing after equipping the weapon skins?

Ah I see, I'm sorry that did not work for you.

We don't have another workaround at this time, it is an important issue to fix because the overlay is required to play the game and navigate through it.

I have some steps for that will hopefully help, however I can't guarantee it as the workaround has not been verified. Here you go -

Step 1: Load up the game
Step 2: Alt+Tab then alt+tab back in
Step 3: Press Esc (if u see the menu buttons and options then proceed, if not then restart the game and repeat steps 1-3)
