Just to clarify your issue a bit, you are saying that there is definitely a culture item in your lodge but you are not able to find it? Have you looked through every individual item in the "All Items" list and you still are not able to find the correct item?

Hey there @Traumahawk

When you get automatically teleported back to the Whitehouse, it is most likely a desync with your Countdown group. The game teleports you back to the Whitehouse in order to prevent a full crash or disconnect which could lead to item loss or data corruption for your agent.

During the times that you have had this happen, do you recall if your Countdown teammates were connected from other regions? It may be difficult to tell unless you were able to communicate with them in chat or verbally.

We're still waiting to hear back from the team about this. It is definitely possible this is just a menu quirk meant to display that these weapons cannot be equipped without having the right specialization chosen, but I or another agent will let you all know oncer we can get a clear answer from the Team!

Can you take a screenshot showing the location where Zealot Kendall is located for you?

Unfortunately, if you do not have a save from before you started this part of The Order questline you may need to restart on an entirely new save to be able to progress it.

I would like to clarify the issue a bit more before I try to provide any troubleshooting guidance.

You mentioned that you are using VRR with your console, but does the same issue occur when you manually set the refresh rate to a static value? Would you be willing to test 30, 60, and 120 to see if you run into the same performance issues at each value?

Hey there @davioniel, sorry to see you're having some trouble with getting one of the ingots in Stavanger. I appreciate the video, up-front!

This might have happened due to a weird physics issue with how the shelf spawned in when the area loaded. I would suggest the following steps before trying again, as that shelf does not require anything special before you can move it.

  1. Fast travel away from Stavanger, then walk back to the area.

Unfortunately, it will likely not be possible for you to trigger the event that should happen in that arena on this run. I suggest quitting out of the run entirely and restarting. Please let me know if the same thing happens again.

Hey there @Jeb_X, and I'm sorry to hear you're having some crashing issues specificallly in Meldeburn.

I can confirm that there was an issue causing frequent crashing in that area of the game on certain graphics settings, but that issue was fixed in a patch.

Hey there @dominantboy

If you are noticing certain specific online features are having small errors like what you are describing, you will need to make sure that you are not using a quick resume feature or putting your console into rest mode at any point while the game software is running.

You need to manually exit the software entirely before shutting your console down.

If you do not use quick resume or rest mode while the game is running, but you still run into issues like that please perform the basic connectivity troubleshooting for your platform...

I am not able to answer all of your questions, but I will answer what I can @Fortune-Red!

You would have been refunded at least one of each type of rune that was lost while equipped to an item.

The rune refund was automatic, and has already happened. The runes that you have in your inventory currently already include what may have been refunded to you when the refund occurred.

The support team is not able to answer any specific questions aboutt what was added to your inventory as part of the refund process.
