The case automatically closes after 4 days if you have not responded as our cases do not stay open indefinitely. You would need to reply to the case to re-open it and make sure to reply if you receive more steps that have not fixed the issue.

We would not be able to say what will happen with boosters, all we can advise on that front is that you raise a ticket with our support team on the website, they will be able to see what can be done.

Hey rjniac,

Did you buy the Year passes when they were available for the seasons or did you buy Operator Bundles?

Game-Shared content on Xbox One now only shares the actual Year pass. If you have bought a deluxe edition with specific operator packs or an operator bundle, this will not carry over.
