I've noticed a minor delay when running my own Nvidia Control Panel, so you may need to click the Manage 3D link again.

I would also check to ensure your GPU is running it's latest drivers.

Likewise, the onboard integrated graphics card may be interfering.

For testing purposes, I would suggest temporarily disabling your Integrated Graphics card via the Device Manager.

Device Manager > Display Adapters > Disable Device.

As an attempt to rectify both issues, especially the button bindings, have you attempted to Verify your Files?

Further to the binding issue Exo.C4llahan, do you notice any pattern as to when you need to rebind?

Is it every time you launch the game or does it seem to be random?
