Would you be able to please share any screenshot examples of the issues you're facing with 'Job Done' so we can pass these onto the team?

And as noted below, have you given the linked troubleshooting steps a try, just so we can rule out the challenge progression being delayed or having sync issues?

I've taken a look and found your case and can see it's already been escalated to the Anno game team for further investigation, perfect!

They'll be taking a closer look into this there, so any further updates on this will be via your case, so please keep an eye out there.

Are there any other factors taking place while the game is paused (eg. any multiplayer invites / alt-tabbing in & out of the game window)?

And does this continue even after verifying the game's files?
