It does appear that as others have mentioned this is indeed a timing thing where Finka has hit the ability just before being downed. Therefore it is working as intended.

Are you using MSI software? If so does disabling it help?

The R6Fix website is for bug reports not ban appeals, please do not use it for this method. Apologies that you were told to post it here.

We understand that you are not happy that your appeal was denied, however, a thorough investigation was conducted and as a result the appeal was denied.

There is no way to overturn this.
