Thank you for the video this is most useful and thank you for that forum link. I have checked with the game team and this issue should have been resolved however as it is still happening for you I have gone ahead and informed them that it is still an ongoing issue.

As such I have passed on the video you have provided and they will investigate.

@jack_jack Hey! Sorry to hear that you have lost your level 40 agent. We completely understand that this is frustrating, however, your agent is saved server-side and should not be lost due to a game freeze.

@sbl27480 Hey! Sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your mic in game. We have had no reports of this happening for other players.

Can you please:

  • Head to the main menu of the game and select the Settings tab. 
  • Enter the Audio sub menu.
  • Make sure that the Microphone Enabled option is set to Yes. 


If this does not work can you please provide us with an image showing your in-game audio settings.
