Hey, CoolMike!

Welcome to the forums. When you launch Siege, it will open Ubisoft Connect and the game will link to the account that is signed in there. This will also link up Steam to your Ubisoft Connect.

Are you getting any error message when launching the game?

Hey!

We are aware of an issue where Anno 1800 will crash with an unknown DirectX error when you try to start a new game session over and over again after playing the game for some time.

This issue is currently being investigated and should be fixed with an upcoming game update.

Thank you for getting back to us. As a temporary workaround are you able to disable your screensaver or set it to a longer time to start when playing ANNO?
