@claudepoiri2021 Hey! Sorry to hear that you have been experiencing this issue with the Elk not showing. Does this still happen after restarting the game?

Are you able to go to an earlier save and try again?

In regard to resetting the game are you using all your save slots? Is it possible to start a new save in a different slot?

@guest-sl8xu0iw Hey! Sorry to hear that you are also experiencing this issue. This issue is reported as resolved as of TU 1.1.0.

Therefore it may be a case that you need to start a new game and try the requirements once more, please in order for it to unlock.

When you have a high level account you'll more than likely have more uplay friends, skins, charms, etc. All of those things have to load in. Thats why your main is getting poor fps. Welcome to the forums. In regard to stats these can take up to 7 days to fully update. As you mentioned that you only started playing again a few days ago we would advise allowing a few more days to pass and seeing if they then update please.

Hey, OrgansInOrbit!

I have looked over your account and can see that you did receive 4 packs onto your account and you have only opened 2 in which you got the Gridlock and Hibana content.

Can you provide an image of your packs in-game please? In regard to your charms, did you receive a notification on Twitch that you earned them?
