Welcome to the forums and sorry to hear that you are experiencing Rainbow Six: Siege crashing. I have checked the DX Diag you have linked and can see that your Windows is on version 10.0.19041. The latest version is 10.0.19042, please update to this.

Additionally, your GPU Driver may be out of date, can you check if there is any updates for this. You can find how to do this and some other handy troubleshooting steps that may help HERE.

Hey, kondowcukoksal!

Welcome to the forums and sorry to hear that the game is opening on the wrong monitor. When the game opens can you please hold down the Windows Key and press the arrow button to the right or left (dependant on where the other monitor is) to move the game to the correct monitor. Then close the game and relaunch it and see if it is now on the correct monitor.

Welcome to the forums and sorry to hear that you have experienced this issue with your cosmetics resetting to default. Does this include your loadouts?

Please try the workaround below to see if your issue resolves:

- Make sure Ubisoft Connect is completely exited out, which can include exiting from your system tray if you opted to have Uplay run in the background when pressing the window X
-Go to the save game folder below and delete it after making a backup:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\\635 (Uplay)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\\1843 (Steam)

-Open Ubisoft Connect as administrator, then disable the overlay and cloud save
- Launch Siege, modify an operator's loadout, and play a situation, to ensure a good save.
- exit the game, re-enable cloud saves and the overlay and restart Ubisoft Connect

A few questions to see if we can get to the bottom of this issue:

- Are you using a wireless headset, wired or USB?
- What make is the headset that you are using?
- Are you using a USB 2.0 or 3.0 port?
- Hvae you tried changing ports?
- Are you able to test another headset to see if it works so we can rule out the headset?

@claudepoiri2021 Hey! Sorry to hear that you have been experiencing this issue with the Elk not showing. Does this still happen after restarting the game?

Are you able to go to an earlier save and try again?

In regard to resetting the game are you using all your save slots? Is it possible to start a new save in a different slot?
