Hey, ChiefinCharge!

Welcome to the forums. I can see that you have the Steam version of Rainbow Six: Siege, as such do you have any controller settings in Steam enabled?

In Steam, click on the Big Picture Mode button in the upper-right corner
This will open Steam in Big Picture Mode in full screen
Click on the Library button
Select Rainbow Six: Siege
Click on the Manage Game button in the left-hand column
Click on the Controller Options button
Click the Steam Input Per-Game dropdown box
Select Global Settings
Launch Rainbow Six: Siege to confirm that you can now use your keyboard

Hi, Star_Beater!

Welcome to the forums and sorry to hear that have encountered this issue. Are you able to verify the game files in Epic also?

To verify the installation of game files, navigate to the game in your Library and click on the three dots. Once open, click Verify in the drop-down navigation.

In the game is the second situation greyed out? Are you still able to play multiplayer?

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this particular issue. We completely understand that the length of time that this is taking to resolve is frustrating.

I have checked over the latest information we have on this issue and can see that it should be resolved, can we confirm are you using the latest drivers for your system and is your game fully up to date?

Thank you for confirming this with us. So when using an overclock the game does not perform as well as without? A normal CPU under load from a game will run around 75-80 degrees celsius when gaming so do not be alarmed if it goes this high. Afterwards what temperature is it at when running the cinebench with the lower score?

What are you finding your GPU temperatures running at during gaming and when not... Read more

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. Can we ask do you have the Steam overlay enabled: Open the Steam client and navigate to the Steam > Settings/Preferences > In-game tab. Check the box next to Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game.

Can you let us know if enabling this works for you please?
