Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. Can you provide more information about this. Are the sounds muffled, missing, reversed?

If you capture a video of the issue is the sound still messed up?

Thank you for getting in touch about this. You would need to purchase the DLC on the Epic Store as your game version is the Epic Store one.

If you purchased it on the Ubisoft Store it would not be compatible I am afraid.

Apologies I got mixed up and thought you were on PC. Clearing the cache should help.

Press and hold the power button on the front of the Xbox until it turns off completely. Unplug the power brick from the back of the Xbox. Press and hold the power button on the Xbox several times to expel any remaining power and clear the cache.

Sorry to hear that this has happened. I am afraid we are unable to remove temporary bans or modify your rewards. The Rainbow Six: Siege team is always working to make improvements to matchmaking and this is one of the things that they are working to get resolved.

I am afraid we do not have a timeframe for when this will be resolved though.
