Hey, KingWilyn!

Welcome to the forums and sorry to hear that you are having issues with the installation of Siege. Can you please try the following:

Press the CTRL-ALT-DEL keys at the same time and select Start Task Manager
Find "InsHelper.exe" and end this process
Once you have disabled the helper, your download should be able to complete.

If the issue continues please let us know.

Once again I am thankful for the confirmation that the Siege team is aware of the issue. Also, issue on R6Fix already has 9 of 10 reproductions, so hopefully it will be also recognized there. It seems like problem is limited to R6: Siege and few ISP providers.
Hopefully, it will not take too long to get fixed.

Hey, NewSpark505!

Sorry to hear that you have been suspended due to a connectivity issue. I am afraid we are unable to remove these temporary bans.

We did have some server degradation recently that may have caused this. In regard to your lost ELO I am sorfry to say that we are unable to recover or compensate for this.

I would advise though that you ensure your connection is in the best health to play, to do this please complete the steps HERE.
